Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) from the University of Lagos. She also has the Senior Human Resources professional certification (SPHRi) and the Global Professional Human Resources (GPHRI) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

With over seventeen years’ experience in Human Resources affairs, she is versed in Employee recruitment and retention, Employee Relations, Staff development, HR records management, HR policies and procedures development, Talent Management, Organizational and Strategic Planning.

Jennifer worked in the Human Resources Department of one of the leading Money Deposit Banks in Nigeria (Zenith Bank) for 10 years after which she joined Mitsun Group as the Head of HR and Admin, a position she held for 2 years. She is currently the HR & Business Development Manager of Afriland Properties Plc.

She is self-starting, result-oriented, amiable, passionate about adding value and improving lives. Her life’s goal is to make positive changes in the society by championing women empowerment and motivating people to achieve their purpose.
