HRM Eze Uchenna Mitchell Egbukole graduated from the Imo State University with BSc. in Banking and Finance. After graduation, he did his National Youth Service Corp in Jos, Plateau State where he started his career in a Finance Investment company. After one-year of national service, he moved to Lagos State and joined Exxon Mobil Nigeria. He worked in the FX department for couple of years before voluntarily resigning public service to become an employer of labour.
Eze Uchenna started his private business over two decades ago and is today a successful businessman with corporate marketing and entrepreneurship experience.
He is Skilled in Entrepreneurship, Salesmanship, Leadership, Administration, Business Development/Management, and Public Speaking.

He has successfully established and managed various business conglomerates including Mitchell Naturals Ltd, Mitchells Home Depot Ltd and Joestal Int'l Ltd. He has a workforce of 26 employees currently working in his companies.
Eze Uchenna is a philanthropist known for his many involvements in community development and fending for the less privilege. He has served in many committees and is currently a member of the Board of Trustee of Eze Mitchell Ezesomaga Egbukole Foundation.
