Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) from the University of Lagos. She also possesses the prestigious Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHRi) certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Jennifer has built strong expertise in employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, staff development, HR records management, policy and procedure development, talent management, and organizational/strategic planning.

She spent 10 years in the Human Resources Department of Zenith Bank, one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions. She later joined Mitsun Group as Head of HR & Administration, a role she held for two years. She currently serves as the HR & Business Development Manager at Afriland Properties Plc.

Jennifer is self-starting, result-oriented, and deeply passionate about adding value and improving lives. Her life’s mission is to create positive societal change by championing women’s empowerment and motivating individuals to fulfill their purpose.
